Description: The Alberta Government has issued a province wide alert regarding TELUS MOBILITY services being impacted.
A widespread outage that is impacting TELUS MOBILITY customers is occurring. This may impact TELUS MOBILITY customers' ability to dial 9-1-1 in an emergency. This outage does not affect telephone landlines. In the event of a 9-1-1 emergency requiring Fire, Police, Ambulance, use a landline to dial 9-1-1.
