There is a widespread outage impacting TELUS Mobility customers. This may impact TELUS Mobility customers’ ability to dial 9-1-1 in an emergency. This outage does not affect landline telephones. In the event of an emergency requiring 9-1-1 assistance from police, fire or ambulance, use a landline to dial 9-1-1 OR proceed to your nearest fire, ambulance or police station for assistance.
