There is a widespread outage impacting TELUS MOBILITY customers. This may impact TELUS MOBILITY customers' ability to dial 9-1-1 in an emergency. This does not effect landline service. In the event of an emergency requiring 9-1-1 assistance from police, fire, or ambulance, use a landline to dial OR proceed to your nearest fire, ambulance, or police station for assistance.
