Description: Alberta Emergency Alert - Winter Storm Alert Updated
There is a winter storm in the southern part of Warner County effecting travel on Highway 4 from Milk River to Coutts. Do not travel, US border is closed. Reception Centre is located at 105 Centre Ave in Coutts.
