Description: Telephone service is not working for Telus landlines in the Pincher Creek area. 911 calls and other dialing will not complete. Affected lines cannot call out, but may receive calls. Cell phones continue to work as do other non-Telus service providers.
Instruction: Take all necessary precautions. In case of an emergency, use a cell phone to call 911 or reach out to a neighbour with working phone lines.
