Description: Alberta Emergency Alert - Hazardous Road Condition Alert
Kananaskis Improvement District, Alberta Environment and Parks and Kananaskis / Canmore RCMP are reporting poor road conditions in the Kananaskis Improvement District / Kananaskis Country due to heavy snow conditions and limited snow clearing capacity. Travel is not recommended on Highway 40 south of Highway 1 and on Highway 742 Spray Lakes Road from Canmore to Peter Lougheed Provincial Park.
