Area: Crowsnest Pass
Description: There is a wildfire approximately 5 - 10 kilometers northeast of the Leitch Collieries on the south facing slope of the Livingstone Range. As the area is remote, air support is on scene. Forestry and Municipal crews have established unified command to aid in fighting this fire. Municipality will closely monitor this situation and provide updates as necessary.

Instruction: Prepare for possible evacuation on short notice. At this time, the fire is NOT moving towards homes on Passburg Drive. Follow the directions of local authorities. Avoid the area. Visibility will be affected.
