Area: Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo
Description: An out of control wildfire continues to burn approximately 10 kilometers south of the Hamlet of Janvier in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
Instruction: Residents of the Hamlet of Janvier and Chipewyan Prairie First Nation should prepare for a possible evacuation. No Evacuation order is being issued at this time. The Hamlet of Janvier or Chipewyan Prairie First Nation are not threatened by the wildfire at this time. Smoke will be visible in the area. Air quality may be impacted by the wildfire.
