Description: Alberta Emergency Alert: Overland Flow Flood Alert Updated
Although water is receding overland flooding continues to cause significant road hazards. Erosion has caused undermining of culverts and road hazards can appear without warning. Drive with extreme caution.
TWP RD 804 between RR 10 and RR 11 is closed. TWP RD 814 between RR 11 and RR 12 is closed. TWP RD 814 between RR 13 and RR 14 is closed. RR 24 from TWP RD 810 to TWP 812 is closed. TWP 814 between RR 31 and RR 32 is closed. RR 12 from TWP RD 814 to TWP 820 is closed. If you encounter an area that requires immediate attention please contact 780-835-4903. Action to take:
- Do not bypass or move barricades
- Do not travel through water covered roads, undermining of culverts is occurring
- Watch for road hazards
- Use alternate routes and obey posted signs
- Drive with extreme caution.
