Description: The Village of Beiseker has declared a local state of emergency due to on-going overland flooding. There is a Red Cross Reception Centre at the Beiseker Community Hall, 410 - 5th Street, starting at 2:00 PM. Impacted residents can go to the Reception Centre for assistance and information.
Instruction: Please check basements and sump pumps regularly. Avoid electrical panels if there is water in the basement. Avoid drainage ditches and fast flowing water; avoid driving on flooded streets as water may conceal hazards.
