There is a large amount of water travelling across land. This is leading to localized flooding in low lying areas.

Water levels are rising and flowing across roads; crews are monitoring the situation and erecting barricades and sand bags as required.

Action to take:

• Be aware of areas known to flood easily such as streams and drainage channels
• Do not travel or cross roads that are under water and do not go around barricades
• Keep away from fast flowing water
• Listen for further updates and follow the instructions that apply to your area.
