Description: A sink hole has been discovered on 49 avenue going to the West Valley Lions Park affecting road integrity. The road has been closed with barricades between arc bark park and the day use park. A structural assessment has been completed and repair crews will commence repairs first thing in the morning. Detour signage is place.

Instruction: 49 Avenue is closed between between arc bark park and the day use park. Individuals wishing to travelling to the omniplex recreational facility may use 45 avenue. Pedestrians walking along 49 avenue are asked to avoid the affected area as the sidewalk has been compromised.
