There is a large amount of water travelling across land. This is leading to localized flooding near roads and intersection. Many roads have and may been impacted by high water flows and may be impassable and may not be barricaded. Avoid driving on roads that are not passable. Be alert for water on the road.

• Do not travel on roads that are not passable during evening hours
• Be alert for water on the road
• Avoid the area.
