Due to a fibre optic cut, Telus landline telephone and internet services are currently unavailable in the Grande Cache area. Cellular telephone service may be operational in some areas without landline service. Telus landline telephone services are estimated to be restored on Monday morning. Other communications providers may not be impacted.

Firehall and Hospital are open and staffed for walk in emergencies. Firehall - 10001 Hoppe Avenue, Grande Cache Grande Cache Hospital - 10200 Shand Avenue, Grande Cache

Action to take:

• Use alternate communications providers or neighbours if required to call 911 for emergency services
• Firehall and Hospital are open in Grande Cache if you cannot call 911, and are currently staffed with emergency personnel to assist.
