A significant wind storm has caused power outages and damaged trees throughout the City. Downed power lines are creating hazardous conditions. Roadways are barricaded in multiple locations to maintain public safety.

• Stay at least 10 meters away from downed power lines
• Do not attempt to touch or move downed trees as they may have lines wrapped around them
• Beware of any hanging branches
• Stay well back from emergency crews to allow them to work safely
• If possible stay home to minimize road traffic
