Mackenzie County fire departments are currently on scene of a wildfire that is located south of Fort Vermilion, starting at the intersection of Foster Road and Blumenort. Due to high winds the fire is heading in an easterly direction. Blumenort road has been closed from Foster Road to Highway 88. Please continue to follow Alberta Emergency Alert for updated information.
