This year, 50 individuals and 13 organizations are nominated for the 2016 Minister’s Seniors Service Awards. Celebrations are planned for Edmonton, Whitecourt, Red Deer, Calgary and Lethbridge.

“Many Albertans volunteer to help seniors, including seniors themselves. I am delighted that we are recognizing this year’s Minister’s Seniors Service Award nominees and the special contributions they make to improve the lives of seniors across Alberta.”

The Minister’s Seniors Service Award winners will be celebrated during a special ceremony this fall.
