QE II 2, Blindman River 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Both northbound and southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane of traffic for a distance of 60 metres on both sides of the highway.

Important Information

  • Slow down and be prepared to stop
  • Speed limits are reduced to 60 km/h when passing emergency vehicles with their lights flashing
  • Passing is not permitted in the affected zone
  • Motorists are not permitted to stop, unless it is an emergency

Detour

Northbound traffic wishing to detour can use Highway 11A to head north on Highway 2A and use Highway 12 to access the QE II Highway.

Southbound traffic wishing to detour can use Highway 12 to access Highway 20, then proceed south until Highway 11A to access the QE II Highway southbound.
