ALBERTA PUBLIC AGENCIES GOVERNANCE ACT (section 14) - Exempts the appointment of Dr. Diana Andriashek, Dr. Janet Chiu, Dr. Barry Geates, Dr. Katherine Helleur and Dr. Peter Hum as physician members to a roster of eligible persons to act as members of any review panel established under section 34 of the Mental Health Act from the application of section 14(2) of the Alberta Public Agencies Governance Act.
