Dir: Anand Tucker. Period Drama. Based on the novel 'Curtain call' by Anthony Quinn. In 1930s London, a powerful theatre critic (Ian McKellen), threatened by the new owner (Mark Strong) of the newspaper where he works, enlists a young actress (Gemma Arterton) to help him prevent his boss from firing him.
