Biography/Drama. Based on the book ‘Queen of Scots: The True Life of Mary Stuart’ by John Guy. In the mid-1500s, the ruler of Scotland and devout Catholic Mary Stuart (Saoirse Ronan) wishes to bare an heir to the throne of England, ruled by her Protestant cousin Elizabeth I (Margot Robbie).
