Resolving child support disputes
Meet with a Child Support Resolution or Dispute Resolution Officer to reach a child support agreement for the welfare of your child.
These services are for parties who are involved in a child support matter – before they attend court.
With this service, you and the other party – and your lawyers, if applicable – meet with one of our resolution officers. After the meeting, we can either:
- draft a Consent Order and submit it to the Court – if you and the other party reach a settlement
- outline the next step(s) if you don’t reach a settlement
