RESPONSIBLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT ACT (section 11) - Appoints William Klassen as a hearing commissioner to the roster of hearing commissioners of the Alberta Energy Regulator for a further term to expire on December 31, 2019; appoints Robert C. McManus as a hearing commissioner to the roster of hearing commissioners of the Alberta Energy Regulator for a further term to expire on December 31, 2019, or the completion of all regulatory applications associated with the joint review panel for the Frontier Oil Sands Mine Project, whichever occurs first. |
