PROCLAMATION - Proclaiming sections 2(a), (d) and (f), to the extent that it enacts section 1(1)(o.1) of the Vital Statistics Act, 4, 5(a) and (d), 12(a) and (b), 19, 20, 21, 25(a)(ii), 33(c), 38, 39, 40 and 45 of the Vital Statistics and Life Events Modernization Act in force on the date of issue of the Proclamation.
