Alberta Environment and Sustainable Resource Development (ESRD) came to a mediated agreement with property owners Donna Lynn Duffy, and her brother, Ron Duffy. The agreement also includes Glenn Sharpe and his company, Craigievar Farms Ltd. ESRD is satisfied that the agreement achieves appropriate environmental outcomes and will improve drainage in the area.
ESRD focuses on education, prevention and enforcement to ensure all Albertans continue to enjoy a clean and healthy environment.
