Public Lands Camping Pass required
A Public Lands Camping Pass is required to random camp on public land along the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains.
Bighorn Backcountry information

The Waskahigan Forest Campground, located adjacent to the Waskahigan Public Land Recreation Area, is closed to public access until further notice due to damage from a flood event in June 2020. The area is located East of Highway 63 near the House River (15-34-77-15-W4M).
