Andrew Boitchenko is currently a Director at the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. He attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Orysia Boychuk is the current President of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress - Alberta Provincial Council, an umbrella organization representing the voice of 365,000 Ukrainians in Alberta. She is currently Talent Acquisition Lead with the Public Service Commission.
Gary Kalynchuk has over 40 years of diversified experience and expertise in the areas of engineering, construction, project controls and management consulting. He is the former Civil/Structural Department Head of Cosyn Technology, a Syncrude/Worley Parsons Engineering Alliance. He was also Founder and President of GKO Engineering Inc, an industrial multi-disciplined industrial EPCM Firm, which grew to over 450 employees before it was sold to Stantec in 2002. He is President of Agra Foundations, western Canada's largest Foundation Contractor.
Bishop David Motiuk was born in Vegreville and graduated from Saint Paul University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and a Master’s and Licentiate in Canon Law. He was ordained to the priesthood in 1988. Following his episcopal ordination on June 11, 2002, he served as Auxiliary Bishop of the Archeparchy of Winnipeg. On January 25, 2007, he was appointed Bishop of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Edmonton.
Michelle Palsitt was born in Two Hills, attended the University of Alberta and completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture. She is an active member of the New Kiew Holy Ascension Ukrainian Catholic Church. She is also a former President of the Ukrainian Bilingual Parents Association and was instrumental in expanding the Ukrainian Bilingual program to the Junior High at Vegreville Composite High School. She currently operates a mixed farming business and is employed with AFSC (Agriculture Financial Services Corporation) in the Crop Insurance business line.
