Overview
The Premier’s Advisory Task Force on Ukraine will engage with Alberta’s Ukrainian community, not-for-profits and organizations that are assisting Ukrainian newcomers to ensure the appropriate settlement supports are available.
The task force will identify ways Alberta’s government can further help Ukrainian evacuees settle and integrate into communities across Alberta.
This work will ensure the thousands of Ukrainians who have fled the war in their homeland have a smooth and welcoming transition to Alberta.

Mandate
The task force will:
- hold roundtables across the province to hear directly from the Ukrainian community
- engage with not-for-profits and organizations assisting Ukrainian newcomers
- provide both immediate and long-term recommendations in a final report

The task force includes leaders with deep roots in the Ukrainian community from not-for-profits, organizations and government departments.

- Vitaliy Milentyev, chairman of the supervisory board at the National Depository Ukraine
