As of April 1, 2017, inspection facilities will be able to purchase commercial decals online via the eFacility system. Commercial decals will no longer be available for purchase from Transtrue Vehicle Safety.

How do I purchase commercial decals?

Commercial decals are available for purchase online. To purchase decals, users must be logged into eFacility and click on the "Decal Purchase" icon on the main eFacility menu:

How much will commercial decals cost?

The cost of decals will remain unchanged and will continue to cost $30 for a book of 20 decals.

How will my decal order be shipped?

Canada Xpresspost shipping is included in the purchase price of the decals, which has decal orders delivered within 2 business days within Alberta. However, inspection facilities that wish to have their order rushed, can pay an additional cost to have their decal order couriered to them.

Can I purchase commercial decals in person?

No, unfortunately commercial decal orders cannot be completed in person. All decal purchases must be made through eFacility. Please be sure to use Google Chrome as your web browser when accessing eFacility.

Can I have my online order held for pickup?

No, unfortunately commercial decal orders cannot be held for pickup. All commercial decals will be shipped to the facility.

Can I get a refund on any unused commercial decals?

No, there are no refunds on commercial decal purchases.
