Jackie Lovely was appointed parliamentary secretary to the Associate Minister of Status of Women on November 23, 2021.
Jackie Lovely was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, representing the Constituency of Camrose, on April 16, 2019.
Ms. Lovely currently serves on advisory committees for Seniors, Justice, and Red Tape Reduction, as well as the North Rural Regional Caucus, Standing Committee on Legislative Offices, Justice and Solicitor General Caucus Advisory Committee, Family and Communities, Select Special Public Health Act Review Committee, and was Appointed Chair for the Minister of Seniors and Housing – Advisory Committee of System Coordination and Navigation Sub-Committee.
Ms. Lovely is an entrepreneur, and has ran her family business for over 25 years. She was also an instructor of English as a second language, and a member and vice president of the Camrose and Leduc Chambers of Commerce, respectively. She is also a Rotarian.
Ms. Lovely holds an MBA from Cape Breton University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan, as well as a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology (Saskatchewan Polytechnic).
