Export Essentials: What’s Involved in Exporting includes knowing the market, adapting products to meet taste preferences, labelling and regulatory requirements along with connecting with the federal trade commissioner service and the Alberta International Offices. Promotion and logistics, distribution and market access are also covered.

Agriculture export development specialists with AF offer export readiness support, market intelligence, market opportunities and buyer-seller connections for agriculture and food companies. These specialists also assist companies navigate the various programs that are available through different levels of government.
