Communications and Public Engagement (CPE)
This cross-government department provides communications and marketing counsel and services to government ministries and Albertans.
Communications and Public Engagement (CPE) is the Government of Alberta's full-service communications, public relations and marketing department. Its mandate is to enhance communications between Albertans and the Government of Alberta.
Led by the Managing Director, CPE staffs the external communications functions in its operations branch and all departments of government – this includes over 20 supporting departmental communications units.

Together the department's expert staff take an integrated, coordinated and consistent approach to providing specialized services across the communications and marketing spectrum.

Office of the Managing Director

Honourable Joe Ceci
