Overview
The Alberta Historical Resources Foundation is the principal heritage support agency of the Government of Alberta. The Foundation’s Heritage Preservation Partnership Program (HPPP) provides matching grants and scholarship funds to support initiatives that preserve and interpret Alberta's heritage.
This fund aims to help develop skills in heritage conservation in Alberta by providing financial support to eligible individuals who wish to attend training and organizations who wish to deliver training in heritage conservation.
The Bob Etherington Heritage Conservation Fund was established through a generous donation from the daughters of the late Bob Etherington, who was a journeyman carpenter and joiner and a building inspector with the City of Calgary.
For more information, read the HPPP Guidelines for Other Funding Streams.
