Description

Alberta's Recovery Plan is the government's response to the three great challenges Alberta faced at the beginning of 2020: a global economic recession, low energy prices, and the COVID-19 pandemic. This document outlines key components of Alberta's recovery plan, including: immediate relief and supports for people, families and businesses; building core infrastructure; and policies to create an environment that attracts and supports investment and job creation in the province and builds on Alberta's strengths to diversify the economy. The accompanying economic statement outlines the effects of the economic crisis that hit Alberta in 2020.
