The Helping Hands Ladies Society of Al Rashid Mosque is an active group of female Muslim seniors throughout Edmonton who have provided advocacy, religious, social, cultural and humanitarian supports to both Muslims and non-Muslims over the past few decades. Operating through space at the Edmonton Islamic Academy charter school, the society continues to be a pivotal aid to over 120,000 Al Rashid and regional Islamic community members, continuing their pioneering advocacy work on behalf of both local Muslim and non-Muslim families, seniors and youngsters.
Through faith and fellowship, the Helping Hand Ladies Society is reaching out to touch the lives of Edmontonians and helping to strengthen their community.
