The Frostfree Nosepump is a year-round, livestock operated watering system. It relies on an insulated, vertical wet well excavated into the ground that provides a collection point for water from the source, and allows geothermal heat to rise from the bottom of the wet well to the top to maintain a moderate climate inside the wet well during periods of freezing climate.
The Frostfree Nosepump operates a 3” piston pump which draws water vertically out of the wet well at a rate of ½ Liter per manual stroke of the pendulum.
