There is a wildfire NW of the community of Chipewyan Lake, 16 kms from the Chipewyan Road that is threatening the evacuation route.

Area: This alert is still in effect for Chipewyan Lake.

• Opportunity No. 17

Action to take:

• The evacuation order is still in effect for Chipewyan Lake
• Register at the reception centre at the Wabasca Lakeview sports centre, located at 102 Opportunity drive
• Accommodations will be arranged
• If you need transport, go to the Chipewyan Lake air strip
• If you need fuel, go to the M.D
• transportation yard
• Bring important documents and medications
