Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Wetaskiwin County has issued a Wildfire Alert.

There is a Wlidfire near Range Road 70, just south of the county border, burning to the northwest.

Affected areas (1):

• Wetaskiwin County No. 10

Action to take:

• Everyone between Range Road 70 and Range Road 80, and between Township Road 450 and Township Road 460 must prepare for a possible evacuation
• Bring pets, important documents and medication and enough food, water and supplies to be away from home for 3 days
• No evacuation is required yet
• If an evacuation is required, go to the Winfield Agriplex, at 401 6 Street in Winfield
