Flooding of low lying areas upstream and downstream of the dyking is already occuring and may increase as water makes its way downstream. Be aware of low lying areas known to flood easily. Avoid rivers, valleys and low lying areas. Avoid travelling on flooded roadways. Listen for further updates and follow the instructions that apply to your area. The water levels and weather forecasts will continue to be monitored. Additional advisories will be issued as required.
