Kenny acts as general counsel, practising civil and regulatory litigation and construction law, as well as transportation, insurance and corporate-commercial law. He has also been recognized in the Lexpert/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada. 

Kenny was recommended by the Law Society of Alberta.
