4-H Alberta is recognized as the youth organization of choice for developing future community leaders and citizens. It inspires youth to reach their full potential through learning, connecting and having fun. Urban and rural youth develop knowledge and skills in specific project areas, learn communication skills, develop and use leadership skills, and work with others in their community. There are more than 300 established 4-H clubs in Alberta.
