Tegan and Sara
Identical twins from Calgary with the last name of Quin, Tegan and Sara are indie rockers who have earned a loyal following of fans and peers. Their song Walking with a Ghost was record by the White Stripes in 2005; their fifth album, The Con, featured Jason McGerr of Death Cab for Cutie, Matt Sharp of the Rental (and formerly of Weezer) and Hunter Burgan of AFI.
Tegan and Sara appeared with Broken Social Scene at the Cultural Olympiad in 2009.
