The forum brings together state and provincial government and business leaders from western Canada and the U.S. Pacific Northwest to discuss economic issues that affect the region. Topics for this year’s forum include transportation, energy use in buildings, technology, agriculture and the forestry industry.

“North America needs an energy and environmental leader for the 21st century, and we want it to be Alberta. There’s tremendous potential for our PNWER partners to work with us. Together, we share a wealth of technology, resources, innovators and entrepreneurial drive that we can use to build a diversified, resilient economy for the future.”
