“The Canadian Red Cross is pleased to be working with the Government of Alberta to meet the urgent needs of flood-affected residents through the provision of hot water tanks and furnaces.”
The Canadian Red Cross will purchase and install furnaces and hot water tanks into the primary residences of flood-affected Albertans, starting October 7. Residents will have the option of obtaining an advance through the Disaster Recovery Program or working with the Red Cross to secure this important service.
