Alberta programs

Programs developed or offered in Alberta, either by government or post-secondary institutions, have supports in place to help you figure out:

  • eligibility requirements
  • application processes
  • travel requirements (such as visas)
  • financial supports (if they’re available)

Funding support may not be available. You may need to pursue student loans or find other ways to pay for your studies. See Alberta Student Aid for school and program eligibility.

Use the federal government assistance outside of Canada information which also includes embassies and consulates to know what to do in case of emergency.
