FISCAL PLANNING AND TRANSPARENCY ACT (section 7) - Declares the agricultural economic hardship resulting from adverse weather conditions leading to damaged crops throughout the Province to be a disaster in accordance with section 7 of the Fiscal Planning and Transparency Act.
