FOREIGN OWNERSHIP OF LAND REGULATIONS (section 14) - Orders that the transaction under which Viterra Inc. acquires an interest in certain land for the purpose of constructing and operating a primary licensed grain and oilseeds elevator and related infrastructure is excluded from the operation of the Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations, except for sections 22 and 25.
